T.I.M.M. is Varga’s proprietary — patent pending — mapping & distribution platform. The acronym stands for Targeted Integrated Mapping & Management.

Once Varga’s Data Acquisition Team has loaded targeting information into T.I.M.M. and then identified the areas where we will execute the door hanger distribution, the maps are published to our distribution module within T.I.M.M.

Once the Distribution Team receives the maps they proceed to break them down into daily distributable areas. These areas are then printed onto hard copy maps that measure 24” X 27.5”. After the door hanger distribution maps are complete they are published to our monitoring module and assigned to an Auditor.

This means that the same maps we showed you when you signed your contract end up as the geo-fences we use for distribution within T.I.M.M.’s real-time GPS tracking system. This is the feature that makes T.I.M.M. so unique. We have married the mapping and GPS systems most companies use independently of each other into one. This marriage eliminates the need to match things up manually or cross load information from one software suite to another. The data is super clean and readily available at any time — all over one single mapping platform.

In addition to GPS tracking capabilities on your original targeting maps T.I.M.M. has some other unique reporting features that aid in distribution:

• We can generate visual campaign completion reports in real-time day-by-day.
• We are able to load Do-Not-Deliver areas that also act as geo-fences. In this case, we are alerted when a walker enters the area instead of leaving it. We load homes from which complaints have been issued, apartment and condominium complexes who have requested that we not enter their property and gated communities that we do not have access to.
• T.I.M.M. keeps a running tally of the speed that each individual is moving and how many miles they cover in each day. This way we can compare walker performance and team performance over time to determine a door hanger distribution team’s productivity.
